Student should apply directly to the five individual justices. Application materials should include a cover letter, resume, two letters of recommendation, an unofficial law school transcript, and a writing sample. The deadline for applications is the fall to early spring of the third year of law school. The clerkship runs for one year, commencing in the September after graduation.
