If you have not already purchased the supplement for contracts, Restatement 2D Contracts & US UCC Article 2, do not purchase this book until next week because there is a new edition.
If you have already purchased the 3rd edition of the above referenced text, do not write in it, and save your receipt in case you may have to return the book to the book store.
I will let you know what supplement to purchase during the first week of classes. Email me if you have any questions.

You may buy ANY of the editions of the Restatement 2d Contracts & UCC Article 2 (Institute of International BAnking Law & Practice).
Professor Beth A. Eisler, a faculty member since 1987, is a graduate of George Washington University (AB, JD).
Prior to joining the faculty, Professor Eisler taught at Wayne State University Law School and was an attorney in the Criminal Division of the United States Department of Justice where she was involved in drafting the Federal Rules of Evidence.
Professor Eisler has been active in a number of professional and civic organizations including The Michigan Supreme Court State Board of Law Examiners and the Toledo Bar Association Lawyers Roundtable.
In addition, Professor Eisler has published in the fields of contracts, commercial law, and wills and estates.
